Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
3.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.3 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
3.4 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Products can only be refunded within seven days from date of delivery

Please note the package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase and the customer needs to pay for return Shipping.
Once we receive the package our team will inspect the package to ensure the product isn’t damaged in-transit and that same items are returned, Once their check is complete we will authorize the refund.
According to the method of payment we can charge a cancellation fee.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won't get damaged during transit. Please note that Ovhal Trading Company is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit of transportation
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and it follows the guidelines addressed above; we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your refund.
Ovhal Trading Company is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return
